Job Description

We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Lead Generation Specialist to join our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in international lead generation, cold calling, and outreach, specifically within the IT Services industry. This role requires excellent communication skills, strategic thinking, and the ability to identify and engage with prospective clients across global markets.

Key Responsibilities

1. International Lead Generation:

  • Identify and generate qualified leads for IT services across global markets.
  • Research and analyze target industries and potential clients.

2. Cold Calling & Outreach:

  • Conduct high-volume cold calling to engage prospects and schedule meetings.
  • Craft personalized outreach campaigns through emails, LinkedIn, and other communication platforms.

3. Client Engagement:

  • Establish and nurture relationships with decision-makers, including CXOs, IT managers, and procurement teams.
  • Present IT service offerings and solutions to address client needs.

4. Database Management:

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of lead interactions in the CRM system.
  • Ensure data integrity and use analytics to refine lead generation strategies.

5. Market Analysis:

  • Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.
  • Provide feedback to the marketing and sales teams for strategy improvement.

6. Collaboration:

  • Work closely with sales, marketing, and technical teams to convert leads into opportunities.
  • Participate in brainstorming sessions to improve lead generation and outreach techniques.

Key Skills

  • Strong understanding of the IT Services industry and global market dynamics.
  • Ability to identify key decision-makers and build long-term client relationships.
  • Result-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving and exceeding lead generation targets.
  • Proficiency in tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, or similar.

Minimum Qualification

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 2–5 years of experience in international lead generation within the IT Services industry.
  • Proven expertise in cold calling, outreach, and client engagement.
  • Familiarity with IT services such as software development, cloud computing, and managed services.
  • Proficient in using CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and lead generation platforms.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
