Mina Ennin Black Founder, Wall Street Survivor, Investor & Mrs. New York City 2019. She is on a quest to help women create life-changing generational wealth and diversify their investments. After an almost two-decade career as an award-winning Financial Advisor, she’s the founder of The RainMakers Collective, a private investment and peer membership organization for women.
The RainMakers Collective is an invite-only private investment community of women investors (Angels and Funds and soon-to-be LPs) whose members are united in a desire to expand their wealth and legacy by considering traditional and non-traditional investments such as art, theater, film, collectibles, and established businesses to diversify their portfolios beyond the standard institutional vehicles usually open to them. Always on the cusp of innovation, she co-founded Women X Meta, a web3 company that provides web3 education for women and girls. Lorine Pendleton

Lorine Pendleton is an accomplished VC investor and professional with a diverse background spanning the legal, technology, media and entertainment industries. She has an impressive track record in the field of entrepreneurship and investments. She is the Founder & Managing Partner of 125 Ventures, a new fund investing in sports, media and entertainment companies at the intersection of tech.
With a passion for supporting underrepresented founders, Lorine has dedicated her career to making a significant impact on the venture capital landscape. She partnered with Portfolia in late 2019 to create and launch the Rising America Fund I and Rising America Fund II in 2021 investing in underrepresented founders for impact and returns. Portfolia, an innovative platform of investment funds for women, targets undervalued and misunderstood opportunities in high-growth sectors within the venture capital landscape. To date, Lorine has made investments in over 35 companies through direct investments as an angel investor and with her two Portfolia funds, including notable ventures like Oura (well-known sleep wearable device now valued at $2.5B), Madison Reed (large CPG company), Canela Media (3rd largest Latinx media brand/streaming service), Maven Clinic (first $1B+ women’s health company), MoCaFi, Kanarys, Goalsetter, Curastory, ShearShare, and Schola.
