Full Stack Lead (React / Angular + Node.js / Python)

Role Overview

We are looking for a highly skilled Full Stack Lead to drive the design, development, and delivery of scalable web applications. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in modern frontend frameworks (React.js / Angular) and backend technologies (Node.js / Python), along with proven experience in leading engineering teams and delivering high-quality products.

Key Responsibilities:

Technical Leadership

• Lead end-to-end development of web applications (frontend + backend).
• Architect scalable, secure, and high-performance solutions.
• Define coding standards, best practices, and review code quality.
• Drive system design discussions and technical decision-making.

Frontend Development

• Build responsive and high-performance UI using React.js / Angular.
• Implement reusable components and optimize performance.
• Ensure cross-browser compatibility and mobile responsiveness.

Backend Development

• Develop RESTful APIs and microservices using Node.js and/or Python (Django/FastAPI/Flask).
• Design and manage databases (SQL/NoSQL).
• Implement authentication, authorization, and security best practices.

Team Management

• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of developers.
• Conduct code reviews, performance evaluations, and technical coaching.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and stakeholders.

DevOps & Delivery

• Work with CI/CD pipelines and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP).
• Ensure timely delivery with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Monitor application performance and troubleshoot issues.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Technical Skills

• Strong experience in frontend technologies (React.js / Angular - latest versions).
• Strong experience in backend technologies (Node.js and/or Python).
• Proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, REST APIs, GraphQL.
• Good understanding of HTML5, CSS3, Tailwind/Bootstrap.
• Experience with databases: MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB.
• Familiarity with microservices architecture.
• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes (good to have).
• Knowledge of message queues (Kafka/RabbitMQ).

Leadership Skills

• Proven experience in leading teams of 5–10+ developers.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making ability.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in AI-integrated applications or GenAI tools.
• Exposure to serverless architecture.
• Knowledge of system design and scalability patterns.
• Prior experience in product-based or high-growth startups.
