These are challenging times for all of us across the globe as we confront this unprecedented public health crisis.  At KiwiTech, our employees, our clients, and investors are very important to us. We wanted to deal with the current situation in a very proactive way to ensure the health and safety of all of our stakeholders.  

A couple of weeks ago, we started the process of planning for all of our employees to work from home. We had to make sure everyone was equipped with a laptop and/or desktop computer at home with a good internet connection. We started the first phase of this transition early last week and successfully finished the second phase on Friday. I wanted to let you all know that all our 450+ employees in New Delhi are now working from home. And, our U.S. employees have already been working from home for the last two weeks.  Also, we have moved all of our Demo Day events and Startup Workshops online so that our clients and our investors can participate from home. These online events have been very well received with significantly higher participation than in-person events.

As you probably know, we have had an emphasis on processes as a company which has helped us as we have moved to our development team members working from home.  In general, we are pleased with the initial results that we are seeing in terms of productivity especially with team members saving commuting time on a daily basis. Our goal is to meet delivery deadlines and avoid any impact on our clients.  We will make sure that our project management team informs you ahead of time if there is any issue.
