Paul Navarro is a partner in the Los Angeles office of Morrison Foerster and a member of the firm’s Emerging Companies + Venture Capital Group. He works with founders, directors, and investors to strategize and execute high-value transactions. He regularly advises clients in the United States and Latin America and has substantial experience in equity and debt financings, general corporate governance, exit events, restructurings, and recapitalizations. Paul is a trusted advisor to companies in a variety of industries, with particular focus on fintech, cybersecurity, cryptocurrency, blockchain, renewable energy, and entertainment. Everyday he’s motivated by the passion and dedication that his founder clients show in building their dreams one step at time, and is thankful for the opportunity to help founders turn their dreams into reality.
Paul is a native Spanish speaker whose cultural roots and time in Latin America have led to a life-long passion for the region. He is a counselor to many emerging companies across Latin America, especially in the fintech industry, and has helped them plan their corporate structure and navigate the capital raising process. Paul also works with U.S. investors focused on investing throughout Latin America.

Daniel Salvucci has a broad experience in science, technology, business and entrepreneurship. For the past four years, he has managed Cygnus Capital Angel Club, one of the most active groups in Argentina, and has been part of the Investment team of Draper Cygnus sourcing early stage startups.
For more than 10 years, he acquired experience in different Industries as Sales Engineer and Product Manager at Schneider Electric, leading one of the Automation business units for Argentina. He later co-founded a Coworking Space company and an Open Innovation consulting firm. Daniel is a founding member of ASEA (the Association of Entrepreneurs in Argentina), over the past six years he has been involved in fostering the entrepreneurship and investment ecosystems in Argentina, advising startups, Corporations and Governments.
Daniel holds an Electronics Engineering degree from the Universidad Tecnológica Nacional and a Postgraduate degree in Finance from the Universidad Catolica Argentina.
